Glenn Griffin is the founder and owner of Griffin's Landscaping in Peekskill, New York, a company that specializes in landscaping, lawn installation and maintenance, and other services. He also runs Hilltop Nursery and Garden Center. As owner, Glenn Griffin is responsible for managing day-to-day operations and teaching employees to execute clients' requests properly and professionally. He hires and oversees employees, motivating them to do their best work.

 

Under Mr. Griffin's leadership, the company has planted over 20,000 trees in New York City parks as part of the city’s million-tree planting program. In addition, his dedication to his work has seen him explore the development of chemical-free lawn and plant health programs, organic approaches to lawn health, treating lawns and plants with beneficial insects, and equipment repair and safety.
